Dig It - 10/2/23

Well Fellow Seekers, There is something that just makes me happy about this parfleche. Obviously, it has something to do with the colors the artist used and her design. The overall effect reminds me of holidays like Christmas and Easter, or whatever Celebratory Holidays your religion might offer.

I am somewhat surprised that collecting Native American Parfleche has not taken off more in terms of price and demand. Parfleche is still extremely affordable and their powerful abstract designs can go with Modern Interiors as well as Traditional European and American Antiques or Folk Art…kind of a decorators dream. Picture a huge wall in an Urban Loft Space just filled with these parfleche envelopes of all different sizes colors and designs. Now this Prospector never went to no interior deign school, but I did take a class in Exhibit Design in Museum Studies. Get Hip and Share my Vision. Dig It!
