Yes, Seekers that is the way the Twilight Zone tv show used to start.
This is an early 20th-century doll made by the Kiowa people. He is dressed up in his dance outfit consisting of long johns, German silver armbands, a breechcloth, and a feathered bonnet, along with beaded cuffs, moccasins, and necktie. What a fancy dresser! The doll came out of the Traphagen School of Fashion, located at 1680 Broadway in New York City. The school was founded in 1923, right about the time this doll was made. Traphagen had a large collection of Native American artifacts in order to teach students about indigenous fashion, something Native Americans are emphasizing and creating today. -Lonesome Out!
