Hello Again, Fellow Seekers. This is one of a group of four dolls that came out of an Eastern collection. They were all in unbelievable condition and must have been stored in a box or cabinet out of any direct sunlight. The feathers were replaced with legal feathers. Ho’te has a yellow mask with red and black crosses, which represent stars.
Fellow Seekers, this katsina is like a time machine. It looks exactly like it would have when it was purchased 100 years ago. That is remarkable! Do you know what else is remarkable? The price. These dolls from this period have all the characteristics of a 19th-century doll—a proportionally large mask, arms close to the waist, and small feet—at a fraction of the price. Buy him today!
